At Heathrow International Transformational Coaching and Hypnotherapy (HITCH) we will help you to improve your wellbeing, mindset and health, through offering a combination of transformational coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and NNRT/EMDR.
Not all of our clients are local, as we are able to offer virtual sessions across the world. (Currently in English only).
At HITCH all of our packages can be used for coaching and/or clinical hypnotherapy and NLP in combination. It can include NNRT/EMDR or can purely be used for coaching, or clinical hypnotherapy alone.

What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is known under many different names, Tapping or Meridian Tapping, Thought Field Therapy, Psychological Acupressure, Meridian Therapy, Matrix and a type of Energy Psychology.
EFT is based on ancient Chinese medicine principals, where it is believed that for a person to function holistically and be free from mental and physical pain and disease, all twelve meridians (energy channels) need to be in balance. Dr Roger Callahan, a clinical psychologist who had worked in the industry for over 40 years made it his mission to find ways to help people to overcome fears, phobias and anxieties. He made a discovery linked to these Chinese medicine principals, and he called it, Thought Field Therapy which involves tapping important acupuncture/meridian pressure points and he believed that in doing so, negative emotions could be released easily. Although this may seem unlikely, there has been much research to suggest that this works and moreover it can be used in helping multitudes of problems.

Transformational
NNRT is similar to EMDR (originally designed to help people overcome PTSD) and therefore, it is a wonderful tool to help people overcome other types of trauma too.
